Reporter: Jon Runyan comes up short on issues
Earlier today I remarked that the Philadelphia Inquirer thought Jon Runyan wasn't able to explain his ideas. Now I see that another reporter saw the same thing in the debate:

I was there, and the reporter is spot on. As far as I can tell, in only one instance did Runyan say he was not familiar with the legislation cited in the question. All the other times, he tried to B.S. his way out by spouting Tea Party sound bites.
